Pro-Serv has been cleaning 2600 N. Central since 2010. We saw a noticeable improvement in the level of service within their first week here. The start-up was seamless; the transition was better than I could have ever expected. The account representative is very responsive and if there is an issue, it is resolved right away. Pro-Serv has very low turnover so there is consistency with day to day expectations because it is always the same people working for you.
